Please be advised that Council has received a Development Application for a Rural Industry (Composting Facility) off Back Yamma Road, Forbes (Lot 99 DP 1143576). The development is classed as Designated Development with Council as the assessment authority.

In accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, the proposal will be on public exhibition from the 10 September 2021 until 8 October 2021.
