Town Hall and Concourse

The Town Hall overlooks the beautiful Victoria Park. The Forbes Town Hall can accommodate up to 300 people in a theatre style arrangement or 150 people when using a wedding style seating plan. It is equipped with 200 white padded chairs and 30 rectangular tables.
The venue boasts a curtained stage area with state of the art lighting and an upgraded sound system. The concourse acts as the perfect foyer area for any event and is equipped with bathroom facilities as well as semi commercial kitchen. 

Checking Availability and Requesting a Booking
Initial enquiries regarding availability can be made by phoning Council's Events Officer on 02 6850 2300 or community@forbes.nsw.gov.au, however, Council does not accept tentative bookings. To secure your booking, please fill out the Facility Hire Agreement (DOCX 579.1KB) and return to Council’s Events Officer via the following methods:
