Guide to purchasing land at Goldridge Estate

Forbes Shire Council is about to embark on selling the highly anticipated new residential estate in Forbes, Goldridge Estate.

The Goldridge Estate stage 1 consists of twenty-three (23) lots ranging in size from 1008m2 to 1358.4m2. Only seven (7) lots will be made available in the initial release. The first phase price will be the lowest, starting from $149,000. Each phase will be in line with market demand going forward.

Council has chosen a Land Release Ballot process in the initial release of the estate to establish a consistent, fair, transparent, and competitive process for all land sales. A Land Release Ballot is a process by which land is sold via lottery draw of unique numbers assigned to members of the public who register a ballot application form within the registration period.

All sales will be facilitated by participating real estate agents.
