Forbes Development Control Plans

Forbes has a single Development Control Plan (DCP) that applies to the Shire. Within this DCP there are a number of chapters specific to the planning and management of development within the Forbes Shire. The DCP complements Council's statutory planning controls the Forbes Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013. The Development Control Plan is available from Council's Administration Building at 2 Court Street, or downloadable via the link below.
