The consent of Council is required to lodge an application if the activity is proposed to be carried out upon Council owned/controlled land.

Sufficient details, including written details, plans, specifications, design details and details of compliance with relevant legislative requirements (as applicable) are to be submitted with the application to enable a full and proper evaluation of the proposed activity/activities. Activity information sheets and a Schedule of application fees can be obtained from Council.
