Sufficient details, including written details, plans, specifications, design details and details of compliance with relevant legislative requirements (as applicable) are to be submitted with the application to enable a full and proper evaluation of the proposed activity/activities. Activity information sheets and a Schedule of application fees can be obtained from Council. APPLICATION IS MADE TO CARRY OUT ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES AS SPECIFIED IN THE TABLE IN SECTION 68 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1993: Please tick the appropriate box/s – all proposed activities must be specified. Part A - Structures or places public of entertainment* - required Install a manufactured home, moveable dwelling or associated structure on land.
