This special event is dedicated to supporting men and boys in our community, promoting awareness around men’s health, and building connection through conversation.
Highlights of the morning include:
- Guest speakers from Talk2MeBro and The Men's Table
- Ice baths and wellness activities
- Breakfast cooked by the Lions Club
- Coffee donated by Club Forbes
