The Goldridge Residential Estate will make a variety of block sizes available for purchase, from ‘normal’ residential sized blocks through to those covering several hectares. The development will be released in nine stages with power, water, sewage, drainage, bitumen roads, NBN and gas being included in each stage.
The precinct has undergone a master planning process delivered by experienced subdivision designers and the estate will feature 221 blocks with a central green space/parkland. Several blocks have also been identified as suitable locations for ancillary services such as corner stores. The first stage (Stage 1) will see 25 blocks available for purchase off the plan by Spring 2021.
Connectivity to Forbes CBD, Lake Forbes and Forbes High School (via Farnell St) is planned for the estate in the future, ensuring the area will be an attractive prospect for young families, which is a growing demographic within the Shire.
