Pool opens on Monday

Forbes Shire Council advises that the Forbes Town Pool will now open on Monday.

The pool was scheduled to open tomorrow but there was a break in the water main earlier this week, which delayed the pool in being operational until Monday.

Opening hours are 10am to 7pm every day during October and March and 9am to 7.30pm every day during November to February and will be open until 8pm on Fridays.

The pool will be open from 6am to 8am for lap swimming all season.

Pool entry is $3.90 for adults, $2.60 for children and concession card holders and $2.60 for guardians. Entry is free for children under five with a full paying adult.

Full season tickets are $239 for families, $125 for adults and $73 for children and concessions.

A monthly 10 pass fee is also available at $32 for a family, $21 for adults and $10.50 for children and concessions.
