Social plan

The Forbes Shire Council Social plan provides demographic analysis of the Forbes Shire and identifies priority social issues and the actions necessary to address them.
The plan addresses eight key areas:
- Children
- Young people
- Men
- Women
- Older people
- People with disabilities
- People from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Aboriginal people.
The actions listed in the social plan serve to provide the social planning directions for the community.
